Lockdown 2 Updates

Leisure Centres

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and so we want to reassure you that during national lockdown you will not lose out financially whilst our facilities are closed - this is our commitment to you.

Unfortunately, the Government's announcement was too late for us to stop some membership payments. Those customers, whose payment was taken on Monday 2 November, will not be charged in the first month that we reopen.

This includes direct debits for swimming, gymnastics and tennis lessons.

Please do NOT cancel your Direct Debit at the bank, we will make the changes to your payments for you.

You will not be charged for any activity and booking that you have not been able to attend.

Any pre-paid bookings such as personal training, pitch/court and pay as you go activities will be credited to allow you to re-book for a future date.

We have contacted everyone who has a block booking with us. You will be credited for November from the point of lockdown.

We be pausing and extending any annual memberships to resume once we reopen. The credited time will be added to the end of your membership.

Please make sure to check this page, your emails and to keep an eye on our social media pages for our latest updates.

In the meantime, please support us by signing the online petition here http://bit.ly/SaveOurSportIHL

We are a registered charity, established for the promotion and preservation of good health through community participation in healthy recreation. Without emergency Government support the work we do is at risk.
